(Act II) Hedda & Brack's relationship
A lot of the act 2 has to do with Hedda's relationship with Brack. I think Hedda's high level of comfort with Brack shows from willingness to talk or complain about her marraige to him. It seems to me that everytime Hedda is talking to Tesman or Mrs.Elvsted alone she seems to be manipulating them. When speaking to Brack she seem to be truly revealing her grievances. Although their relationship doesn't seem sexual it does seem to me that Hedda and Brack are flirting with each other.

yeah..
i agree with you that Hedda seems to be manipulating everyone she talks to.
i'm thinking that the only reason Hedda doesn't seem to be manipulating Brack is because HE'S doing a better job at the manipulation.
like..she's sucks compared to him. lol
and i think the relationship probably hasn't had enough time to GET to the point of being sexual..
yea i concur with Brianne... Judge Brack is the only one she has no control over. In fact, at the end of the play, Judge Brack is the one who has control over Hedda. This is something others were unable to accomplish.
